Not to fast razor

Facing elimination for the second time this post season the Wings responded again, this time with a 7-1 blow out of the Sharks, lead by a 5-0 1st period. The Wings are now 13-2 in two elimination games this post season. Now they still have a long way to go, but if they can win in SJ on Saturday, then it really starts to get fun. They would be home for game 6, and if they win that, you get a game 7 in SJ with all the pressure back on them not to give up a 3-0 lead, and lose a game 7 at home. There is no question the wings have the talent to do it.. it is just a matter of how they come out and play. Saturday is the big one.. if they can win that game, the series will go 7.

I get a text from epsn tweeter, LT charged with rapping a 16 year old girl. My first thought was oh no, that is terrible. Just to let you know, I love the Giants, I was born in New Jersey in 1982, and basically my first sports memories are of the 86 giants, when I was 4, winning the super bowl. SB 21, down 10-9 at half they came back to beat Denver 39-20. It was a great Super Bowl, and LT was the greatest defensive player ever. Even though he has made many mistakes since his playing career, I try to remember how he played, and hope and pray that he can turn his life around. For awhile it seemed like he had, I hadn't heard anything negative about him, and now this. Which just seems terrible, and basically the worst thing you can do, if a 51 year old man raps a 16 year old girl. Then you hear about the pimp, and other parts of the story and something just doesn't seem right. This is what I hope happened... and for the record, this still isn't a great thing... LT called up a guy who he knew was a pimp and asked him to bring a girl over to have sex with, the pimp that brought that girl over, and they had sex. Only after did LT find out how young she was, and the pimp did any physical damage to her.. again, still not good, but better then a large hall of fame LB taking advantage of a young girl and forcing himself on her. I am waiting to see how this case turns out, but either way, you need to be smarter then that, and not put yourself in that position, COME ON MAN. I'm right, you're wrong.
