NFL week 6 wrap up

Well a little better week this week then last week going 9-5. But lets talk about some things:

-The Eli Face is back- It has been awhile but the classic Eli "what the hell is happening" face returned last night, now, first, it is one game, and the Browns are talented and were due for a breakout game, and the Giants were on the road, and even as a Giants fan I can admit they beat the Bengals, Seahawks and Rams, teams that now have two wins combined, and then the Redskins in the first game with a new coach and a new system. The Giants are good, but I never thought they were the best team in the NFL. I still think they will make the playoffs, but I predicted 10-6 in the beginning of the year, and that is much more likely to happen then a 14-2, 13-3 type year. They do play the 49ers next, so that better be a win. My biggest problem with the game, besides Eli's 3 picks was going away from the no huddle when you are down and need 2, and then 3 scores, it works well, you move all the way down the field, in no time at all, and then get inside the two and take your time. Why? Using a time out so you don't get a delay of game called against you, when you should be in the hurry up, that should never happen, there is no excuse for that. It is almost like it has been so long since they have trailed by 10 or more, they just didn't know what to do. The reason I like that game happening now, is it will be very easy now for that coaching staff to get those players ready to play again. See you guys are not that good, you have to work harder. I expect them to take it out on the 49ers.

- I would like to personally thanks Dan Orlosski for providing us with my new best play in NFL history. I mean it is one thing to run out of the end zone so your punt isn't blocked, or to not kick it to a dangerous return man when you are up 5 or something with only a few seconds left, but to just not know where you are and not just step up, but run several yards out of the end zone, it isn't like his foot just touched the line or something, he ran clear out of the end zone, and they needed up losing by those two points.. That is classic, only the Lions, and now it is reported they are going to either trade Kinta or just put him on the IR, so I guess they saw enough from Dan that he is ready to go, or Drew Stanton, or Drew Henson, wow what a great group of qb, wow.

-The Cards are looking like they will win the NFC west, the seahawks are much worse then I thought they would be, and the Cards are playing well, and when they get Bolden back they should be even better. Great win for them on Sunday

-The Cowboys are really fighting the injury bug right now, but maybe for them it will help them if they have some tough games, and maybe a 11-5, or 10-6 record and make the playoffs, instead of coasting to a 14-2 or 13-3 having a 1st round bye, and then loose their first game again. Even without Homo you have to think they will have no problem with the Rams, but stranger things have happened, like them beating the Skins on the road this week, then the bucks at home, could and should be a win, and then I hope my Giants beat them in NY.

-It would be nice if something happened before 4pm today for the trading deadline. Tony G deserves to be on a winner, and if KC is rebuilding anyway, which they clearly are, why not get picks for him.

-The NFL is by far the league that makes the least sense and is the hardest to pick games, there is just things that happen that make no sense sometimes.

I'm right, you're wrong.
